our story

It all started in 2018, when I moved to Thailand with my husband, Thomas and two sons, Henry and Elliot, and fell in love with the beautiful beaches and landscapes. As we explored the country, we became increasingly determined to leave a positive impact on this beautiful land.

As parents, we were also frustrated with the lack of comfortable and eco-friendly clothing options for our children. We wanted something that would not only be gentle on their skin but also contribute to a sustainable future. That's when the idea for Little Ocean Heroes was born.

In 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic and Bangkok lockdown, we started Little Ocean Heroes with just a few sketches and textile print ideas. Despite the challenging circumstances, we were determined to create a brand that would make a positive impact on the environment and provide comfortable, sustainable clothing for children.

In the same year, we moved to the gorgeous island of Phuket, where we could actively partake in regular beach cleanups and join forces with like-minded plastic pollution fighters. We are constantly inspired by the beauty of the ocean and motivated to do our part in protecting it.

In 2021, we finally saw our designs come to life. Since then, we have seen our company grow, adding more fun and bright colored designs to the collection, and expanding our retailers to nine different locations throughout Thailand. We are constantly improving our designs to ensure maximum comfort and UV protection for our children's delicate skin in an unforgiving tropical climate.
